The Rosa legacy began on December 22, 1927, when Ralph Rosa—inspired by his mother Domenica’s authentic Italian recipes—transformed his family home into a Portsmouth, NH landmark. For over fifty years, The Rosa Restaurant served the community with an uncompromising desire to treat every customer like family.
Today, we are branching out to bring that same "Rosa Standard" directly to your table through The Rosa Ranch. We’ve traded the restaurant's brick and mortar for open pastures, raising premium, organic beef with the same care Ralph and Domenica put into every dish.
